This spring semester, the UW libraries are offering a wide array of workshops open to AOS students, covering topics such as finding funding, measuring research impacts, and EndNote instruction. Check the events calendar for a full list of the workshops, including dates, times, and locations.
Schwerdtfeger Library
Reserves:
The Schwerdtfeger Library holds course reserves for AOS classes. Reserves can be checked out for two hours at a time during regular operating hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Reserves checked out after 4:00pm can be kept overnight, but must be returned by 9:00am the following morning, or the following Monday by 9:00am if kept over the weekend.
To use the print collection from the Schwerdtfeger Library or other campus libraries:
Print material can be borrowed directly from the Schwerdtfeger Library during open hours. Books requested via the catalog (www.library.wisc.edu) from other campus libraries can be delivered to the Schwerdtfeger Library for pickup. Books placed on hold can be picked up at the Schwerdtfeger Library, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Wendt Library changes
Wendt Library will have limited hours, staffing, and study space this semester. There are no longer librarians working at the Wendt Library; they are now stationed at Steenbock Library. Study space is available on the first floor of Wendt. Further space is available on the third and fourth floors, but only when not being used by engineering school staff for instruction. Check the calendar for availability.
Please note that Wendt Library will be closing at the end of the spring semester.
